Senior Manager / HR Business Partner

Jessica joined NorthStar in 2007 as a Human Resources Intern. After graduating with a BS in Marketing and Business Management she came back! Currently, she is a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner for NorthStar and focuses on benefits, payroll and employee relations for the NorthStar companies. Basically, she spends her time at NorthStar resourcing humans by helping them. Jessica is also known as the loud and annoying one of the department because she loves to laugh. And talk. A lot. Some of her accomplishments during her time at NorthStar include chairing the Events Committee, starting up the Young Professionals group, obtaining her PHR Certification, and becoming one of NorthStar’s certified MindSet Leadership Program trainers. Outside of work, Jessica loves to travel (preferably to warm places with beaches) and spend time with her friends and family.
